National agriculture research system envisages a fast growth in the field of agriculture research and education. There are already about 40 state agriculture universities and two autonomous agribusiness management institutes under MoA. State Agriculture University Programmes include education and research in various fields such as Agriculture Science; Horticulture Science; Fisheries; Dairy Technology; Agriculture Engineering; Animal Husbandry;Veterinary Science; Forestry; Agribusiness Management and many other agriculture and agribusiness related disciplines.
